hey guys how do I replace my tailgate struts? The ones that hold the upper tailgate. I am located in Phoenix Arizona.

Just unclip the metal clips holding the struts to the car using a flat head screwdriver. It is simple enough.

Just make sure you have the tailgate supported by something else before you remove the last strut.
You dont realise how heavy it is until the struts are taken out.

It is wiser to replace them one at a time.
