Well, had it done. its a bit louder but barely noticeable. (inside cabin noise is non existent) just going to leave it as is for now. I believe replacing the rear silencers with more free flowing mufflers would given more of a V8 rumble i was looking for. I also had the tips replaced with 4" tips. looks much better. total cost was $240 including tips. Ill try to get drive by videos and moving exhaust videos later in the week

Looks sharp! Any Drone around 1700-1800 Rpms??
none, and i drove around at 50, 60 and 70 mph and everything in between. i honestly don't hear a difference inside the cabin. outside standing behind the car its sounds a bit more aggressive but not by much. Next year i will probably play around with different configs to make it sound like a proper V8. RRS Prius-1 vs Me-0

Thank you for documenting this. Any idea if the first resonator (the one closest to the headers) would have a greater impact on sound? Plenty of people in the past have removed resonator #8 on Lr3/4's (the turtle looking one closest to headers) and that's done a ton to increase the volume. Please keep us updated.
