After reading the below post I thought my problems would be solved:
posting.php?mode=reply&f=3&t=26002

We had a month's rain in 24hrs in Melbourne yesterday and the headlining of the sunroof slider blind was very wet (the blind was in the open position).
The rear and left side of the blind were saturated - I first noticed the water on the passengers seat and followed it up the seat to the sunroof (which was sealed closed).

Not sure what to do. Appreciate any tips thanks guys.

I've found mine leaks at the join of the rubber seal. I had a good look at it the other day and found that the metal strip around the glass has badly corroded which didn't help matters much. I got some of that knead it steel stuff and molded it over the hole and sanded it back when it had set. I then pushed the seal back on and ran a bead of sealant over the join. It hasn't rained yet but it looks like it might hold. Yours might be as simple as a new seal. The last leak filled the the sliding cover and when I reversed out the drive it poured freezing cold water over my wife... I was not in her good books after that..
