I took the cover off of the subwoofer today and there are no speakers but there are the following wires:

Could someone please tell me if these are the wires for the subwoofer?
The right side speakers have been cutting out and are now out MUCH more than they are in... could the fact that the subwoofer is not in place have anything to do with the lack of music on the right side of the truck or does it look like I need new subs (obvious as they were ripped out by the previous owner) and a new amp????? Now if I could just find the amp, I would have a shot at looking to see if there is a loose connection....

Have you checked your aerial on that side? If your aerial is hooked up I would say the coax is for an old phone kit. You might try the wiring diagram in RAVE to check the wire colours for the amp.

Yes that's the plug for the sub (the white plug). The other coax looking deal is left off on purpose. NAS cars don't use it.
No, it has no effect on your right side speakers.

The color coding is as follows:

Orange and orange/black are the positive and negative for the line level...I always forget which is which.
Purple is constant 12v
Black is ground
grey/black is remote.
