My 99 Bosch was struck by lightning this weekend and now I've got all kinds of problems.

1) Gearbox Fault
2) Abs Fault
3) HVAC controller showing blank screen
4) Engine starts, but immediately dies. If I hit the throttle, misfires all over the place.
5) Service Engine Soon light on, but OBDII scanner cannot pull codes. "No Link".

Where do I start??

Oh man that doesn't sound pretty. Sounds like you may have fried the main computer. I would honestly start by replacing the BeCM with that of a known working one. Then I would start troubleshooting from there.

Also go through all of the fuse boxes and replace fuses as necessary.

A direct hit? It is a wonder you have got a car left. Everything could be fried.

This surely is an insurance job. You could buy a donor car with the payout.

Yea, I couldn't agree more with dave3d. It is also quite possible that you'll fry the new one when you put it in if things are bad enough. I would try going the insurance route before you get your hands dirty chasing what will appear to be a very elusive fox.
