My cruise went out, so I replaced the vacuum tubes, ECU and switch inverter. Everything worked great. Then it all of a sudden quit working 60% of the time. Sometimes, when Im driving, I turn it off then on, and hit set/rsm at the same time, and it activates the cruise. Do I need this unit from AB

I just remembered and forgot to add this.

My key sometimes gets stuck in the ignition. The car turns off. I move the shifter around, and nothing. I can only get it out by driving around the block a few times. Usually happens if I just turn the car on and move just a few feet then off again (like if I leave and forget something). Its not that big of a deal, but just wanted to mention it since I didnt know if it was related.

Brake lights do not stay on, and the shifter is not stuck in park. Could this little switch be giving me problems?
