Hello,
This morning when I put the key on my '04 Range Rover, there was a "clong" and the steering didn't move forward as it should.
I tried again and again, no move to back or front any more, just a "tic tic tic…" instead. The steering wheel still moves to top or bottom anyway.
Before I start dismantling (hopefully next week-end), it this something that happened to any of you? Any advice?
Thanks in advance !

Thanks for the advice Jaybear.
Just made a quick search but I didn't find anything. Would you have an URL?

Try a search here.

I did a fix on mine with Zip ties, Yes Zip ties, and it's held up for a number of years.

Thank you all.
All of this sounds really interesting! I will first talk about the recall with my dealer.
