I am looking for the location of the starter on my sport range TDV6 of 2012.

ideas ?

quad I try to start there is nothing except a rattling.

Follow your main battery cable down to the bell housing. It'll be a cylinder about 4 inches wide and about 8 or 9 inches long coming forward from the bell housing plate. Your battery cable will be on a smaller cylinder bolted to the side... that's the start solinoid.
