Hi.

My 02' 38 has an SRS light.

It has no communication with the SRS module with my iCarsoft, the scanner can/will do specific EAS/SRS codes.

Any ideas?

Assuming the iCarsoft will ACTUALLY talk to the P38 SRS module (I'm not sure myself, as I've never used one), then I'd say to start off by looking at the OBD socket.

The SRS module uses a dedicated set of wires, likewise does the EAS, and the back of the OBD socket is known to get moisture in it and corrode. It could be a bad wire/connection there which is causing the lack of communications.

Also if you have an '02, make sure it's trying to connect at the SPS (single point sensing) unit, rather than the older MPS (multi point sensing) unit - as trying to talk to it as a different unit will give a lack of communication.
