So the hvac has been squeaking a lot lately, especially on lower fan speeds for either warm or cool air in the cabin. So I pulled it out from under/behind the glove box. Tested everything, took it apart, everything is in great shape except blade weights (a little rusty). But I noticed the rubber feet holding things together made a squeaky noise so I put graphit spray on them. Reassembled everything and no more squeaking at any fan speed!! Hope this helps someone else.
