Hey Stuart, check out the attached TSB (NAS, but surely applies to ROW as well), Symptom # 1 - Security set on MOST software error, infotainment thinks it's in transit mode - is probably your most likely scenario, and sounds easy enough to fix with T4... Good luck!

Ah, bummer. At least it doesn't sound like an expensive repair (for your customer), just a software fix. Let us know if that's what the problem turns out to be, so we will know in case someone else has a similar issue in the future.

Hey umbertob ,

Is there a place in this forum that lists all the TSB (Technical Bulletins) for RR Sport's?

If not can we have someone create one?

Thanks

Mark

Hey Mark, I didn't catch this question at first, sorry... Have been a little busy in the delivery room for the past few days.

Land Rover's GTR web site (http://www.landrovertechinfo.com) lists all of Technical Service Bulletins, along with shop manuals, electrical diagrams, training tools, recalls, special service bulletins, and a bunch of other LR proprietary material. You can actually browse the titles of all TSBs over there for free to get a general idea of their contents, but to open and read bulletin details and manuals you need to pay a fee - it's a flat fee that gives you unlimited access to all printed material for a certain model / model year within a specific time limit, the longer the limit the more you pay. Occasionally, a few of us pay for access to that site and download some of those bulletins and docs. While we sometimes share details of TSBs on the forum to help other owners and forum members in the spirit of cooperation that makes these boards so great, systematically listing contents of all TSBs and shop manuals would sooner or later attract the unwanted attentions of Land Rover's legal department - there is a reason why they charge a fee for this information.

Since the owner of this forum is nice enough to allow us to hang out here and talk about our cars free of charge, we don't want him to get in trouble with some lawyers by listing Land Rover proprietary, copyrighted information without their express consent on his site.

WOW,

there are a lot of tech bulletisfor P38's and Sports.

How do these all get addressed?
Will the dealer automatically review all TB's and fix them on your car?
Do you have to bring it to their attention?

Thanks
