Are there are direct replacement to the crappy soft lugs nuts for late model L322s? Will the NRC7415 plain steel lug nuts work for 2010-2102 wheels? Any other options?

All LR lug nuts are solid in the middle. They are stainless steel wrapped. What happens is the shop monkeys use impact wrenches with the wrong size socket.
Lug nuts should always started by hand, chased until snug and tightened with a torque wrench to spec.
Impact wrenches ALWAYS overtighten and distort/twist the sleeves
