As I haven't been driving her very much I reluctantly decided to sell the old girl, she's going to a work collegue and I'll point him in the direction of this forum and the search feature.
He's coming over on Wednesday to pay for her and I'll show him how to open the fuel filler flap and how to change from high range to low range. I've warned him about the fact that they are very hands on and not for the mechanically challenged, or those with a tiny wallet. To be honest I tried to talk him out of it with everything that could go wrong (he's young and I have a feeling it won't be driven with the respect she deserves).
As I know him he's getting a bargin so when something does go wrong (and lets face it, it will as it's a Range Rover) he shouldn't be too disgruntled. I'm selling it to him for $7500.00 AUD, she's done just over 200,000kms, she needs a couple of tyres and rego is due in a few months.
Thanks for the help with everything, it's been an honour to have a chance to converse with people on a forum that know how to control their online keyboard warrior attitudes (well, most of the time). Take care everyone, no doubt I'll be back, maybe with another P38 or maybe even a L322. :thumb:
Of course I will drop in evey so often.
