soft close doors

Both of my rear soft close doors suddenly stopped working. Wondering if there are door modules for the soft close, having to try closing the door multiple times to get it to close and latch. Even slamming the door its not latching at times. Wondering if anyone else has run into this? Dealer can't get to it for a couple of weeks.

I believe this means that rear doors are not locking. Better check.

I had a similar issue.
Both my rear door locking modules failed last month. Replaced under extended warranty.
Seems strange to me that they both failed at the same time...
I had that with one of the rear doors for a while. even slamming it didn't work every time. Then the problem went away on its own and made me wonder if it was due to some dirt or something
mine started off sporadic, now consistent. This morning I am unable to close and latch the driver side rear door closed. Dealer can't get to me for another few days. Gonna get a rental in the meantime and this weekend will look for a third vehicle that I can use to haul the kids to school.
Dealer confirmed my soft close modules were both bad.
I did change one on the back doors too a couple of month ago and is the ONLY fault that my ring had in 55K :)

(I'm touching everything I can...)
