Went to the dealership to have my sunroof looked at today and they tried to charge me again for a key I had programmed last time I was in. I swear my local dealership are the shadiest group of people ever.

Honestly, I think it is a common problem with Land Rover dealers. I love my Nissan dealership so much I'm going to start taking my RRS there because I'm sick of dealing with it. I just want to drop off my car and not get calls every 10 seconds with questions...jesus christ use Google if you can't figure something out.

At least you are in communication with your dealer.. I have to call several times before I get a call back from the SA

Oh I've tried the "would you like to leave your name and number and I'll have someone call you back" route. I have yet to be called back.
