Got car back from dealer today and side view mirrors won’t close - non responsive to driver side button and don’t close when truck is locked. Anyone know how to reset them ? Or trip back to dealer ? Tks.

There is an option in the menu that can have them close when the truck is locked. Have you tried closing them manually by holding both buttons down at the same time? Other than that, I have no other suggestions apart from take it to the Dealer

tks. I’m guessing by menu, you mean shop tech accessed menu? There is no menu to access in the dash that I can find. The dealer has to activate the auto fold option (which was activated during PDI and working before this last trip to dealer to replace rear bumper that they wrecked) when locking the vehicle. Mirrors don’t respond when pressing the single press button below the knob on the door switch. I’m guessing the switch has broken and a trip back to dealer is in store......

The dealer in Asheville was nice enough to take me in. Got the mirrors fixed - we’ll at least the button now works to close them and open them. They still don’t auto open when unlocking the car. May be due to the 70 or so errors they found.
