Security alarm keeps tripping

For some reason, the alarm keeps going off. There's no rhyme or reason to it either. Sometimes it's an hour before it goes off, other times it's 10 minutes. I've ready some other posts and it sounded like rain water getting into one of the pillars might be an issue. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks RR peoples.
