Be carefull if you take the switches apart, there are lots of springs and bearings that will fly everywhere.

I would sugest that you spray contact cleaner in the switches first and work the levers back and forth, this usally clears the fault.

The switch can still be moved as the lever is only a cover. You can still move the seats, attach a drill to the cable on slow speed and adjust the seats.
