Sat Nav GPS red line issue

Hi ive a l322 2005 vogue, i recently brought it back to UK from Oz and the GPS has a red line through it. So i changed the aerial antenna in case it had a bad connection etc, but no joy. Ive had to change the DVD to UK and Europe but wondered if anyone else had experience of getting rid of the dreaded red line after trying a new aerial unit did not work?

Same here - no joy on my end as well. Have you fixed this and if so, how. Thanks
