Hi I have a RR Sport 2009 2.7 tdi s with 39,000 miles , it has developed a suspension problem, at first on a bumpy road if you were going around a right hand corner and hit a small pothole, drainage grate ,or bump , the back end would do a sideways movement , almost as if it was oversteering but it is on a completely dry road. then if you continue to be on a bumpy road the system would fail and go into lowered state with the 30mph limit sign on. Any help.
I might add that I had a small accident previously on the nearside front where most if the suspension pieces except the strut had to be replaced, however this other problem appears to be in the rear. The dealership was tasked to carryout the crash repair and when I got it back this problem started. It probably will be the insurance company that will say it is unrelated, and as it is out of warrenty I fear the worst, but should I really be having an unrelated suspension problem at 39,000 miles in year 4 ?
Hope this is clearly explained.

Have you had the alignment checked? Get a printout with each corner's specs.
