I'd get ceramic brake pads, especially if you are having it done by a non-LR mechanic. Little to no brake dust and little to no brake squeal.

Brakeworld.com has the Disc Italias which I've used. Others swear by EBC.

Rockauto also has a good selection.

I went with the Bosch Quietcast, I’m fairly happy with them. They stop similarly to OE pads and do not dust too incredibly much, not noticeable at all with my weekly car wash.

Which type of brakes do you have, Brembo or non-Brembo (HSE/SE)? I've got a brand-new, still in the box set of non-Brembo Disc Italia ceramic brakes from brakeworld. Bought them for my RRS HSE, but never got around to installing them before getting a new RRS with Brembo brakes. Willing to part with them for a hefty discount!
