Hi all, I know this might be a stupid question, but coming from an '04 Audi with a million fuses I'm finding hard to believe the only fuse box for my '95 RRC LWB is the one with ~10 fuses under the hood / bonnet.

My cigarette lighter plug blew and I've been hunting for the culprit. All fuses under the hood in the fuse box are fine, I can't find the other fuses. Might it be an 'inline' fuse on the lighter element itself?

Soft dash, BTW.

I would highly recommend getting a service manual. I have a 1993 RRC and I have at least 5 fuse locations (boxes or other).

search for a copy of RAVE (Factory Land Rover Manual). You should be able to find it available as a free download with a bit of searching.
the RRC has numerous fuse locations.
under the hood
below the steering column
under the driver's seat
under the passenger's seat
...
