Hi Everyone,

I have a 2017 RRS ATB with 15k miles and took it to the dealership for a flat tire. Of course they feel I need new front and back brake pads as well as rotors. Not sure about that. Will get another opinion. However, I've been wanting to switch to ceramic pads anyways and might just take this opportunity to do so. I'm convinced that I'll be going with the Disc Italia Ceramic pads.

Does anyone have any experience / opinions on:

  1. Slotted and Drilled Rotors for RRS ATB? Performance, pitfalls etc
  2. Will I need to get another Caliper cover?
  3. Having a shop other than the dealer install these?
