I had this issue awhile back (5 months or so) and now it is back. Stalling at stop after running warm. Before I was getting pressure in the tank as it expelled after loosening the fuel cap so I ran with the cap lose and had no issues, now I am again even with the cap loose. I purchased a new cap and that has made no difference although it is not original.
So here are the symptoms:
Fuel cap pressure (a lot in my opinion - like a honda)
Code 23 - fuel pressure
New fuel filter
New O2's
New fuel cap
Plugs are OK
Blue distributor cap (not sure about the rotor - start there?) recent tune by PO
Potentiometer misfire?
Fuel pressure sensor toast?
Thoughts?
Thanks.

Is it definitely expelling pressure on fuel cap release and not inducting air into a vacuum? Thinking it might be a blocked breather and the fuel pump collapsing the tank, maybe....

Fuel pressure sensor toast?
Don't think it has one, it's a fuel temp sensor.

Airleaks.
Non gen ignition components.
Fuel pressure regulator issues.
Plug condition?
