I’m ready to try to resurrect the A/C in my ’93 LWB. The POdis-connected the harness at the compressor because it seized. The compressorhas been in place (pulley in use) along with all the rest of the system sincethen.
Which relay under the passenger seat is the A/C relay?
There is a parallel discussion right now about by-passing orremoving factory lines to the evaporator that are un-necessary, is there a techarticle that describes this?
Besides the compressor and dryer, are there any otherfactory parts that NEED to be replaced without question?

As long as nothing is visibly leaking and the system isn't full of metal shrapnel from the failed compressor then you should be fine with just replacing the compressor, drier, and any o-rings on the connections you disassembled.
