Hello all,

Just finished doing the heater core o-ring to Audi heater core conversion. I went the full route and removed the dash so that I could also service the heater box and blend servos while I was there. The problem I'm having is the replacement servos don't fit in their receptacles. Visually the gears appear identical to the originals.

Here's the kit I bought:

If someone could enlighten me in case I'm missing something obvious I'd appreciate it. The originals of course still fit as before.

Happy New Years everyone!

So now that I've all ready posted once I've since realized the problem... The notched gear on the servo, as it comes from the factory, doesn't sit in the range that the flap gear allows for. So the gear is past the maximum distance of the receiving side.

How do I fix this?
