So, The climate control panel on my L322 was looking pretty rough so I bought a replacement off eBay. I hooked it up and all the lights functioned normally. There was however an extra hookup in the back for what I think are heated seat. My original climate control didn’t have the seat buttons and this new does. Now, after I hooked everything in a noticed the lights worked fine, the trunk unlock was good, parking noise and all, however, it didn’t seem to actually turn on the AC. Is this because this unit works differently being for a truck with heated seats?
Replaced A/C controls. No A/C

What year is your L322 and what year panel did you purchase? It's clear that you did not purchase the correct part to match your rig. Reinstall your old panel, return the new one and make note of your proper part number so you can order the correct panel.
