REPLACE DOOR SPEAKERS ON 2003 ROVER D.I.Y

Can anyone help

? WHy would you not be able to do this yourself?

The Dealer said that the whole entire door panel needs to come off, I wasnt sure if he was lying or not?

He isn't lying but it's not a difficult job to do.

YES, the whole panel has to come off. Just be careful when prying it off. Upgrade your door speaker covers while your at it! Just click 03 Rover and up then scroll down to the speaker covers. Makes a nice upgrade to your current black ones and updates it to the 06-09's

About 5-10 minutes, took mine off a few weeks ago, just be careful prising the panel off as its held in with around 11 plastic clips and they break really easy, just pull the panel striaght off, dont bend or tilt it as there a number of wires connected to the panel etc...

Diuuude!! They're $180!!! For four plastic speaker grills!!!! Anyone who actually buys these has way too much money (and shouldn't be installing these themselves!!!).

Also the way u stay a millionaire is by not giving the Dealer aka The Stealer money for labor charges. they wanted $150. for 10min of work :naughty:
