In the process of removing the Secondary Air Injection System from a P38 2000 4.6.

Does anyone know the correct bolt patter, or a source of block off plates for the engine near the plugs?

(NO, it's not for 'on road use' anymore, NO, I don't have emissions testing in my area, NO, I don't care the service engine light comes on, NO, I don't care about reselling it..... so there, put your flame suits away-)

Thank you.

From research the thread on the heads for the pipe union plugs are a weird one that is very hard to get a hold of. For this reason anyone who has done the removal simply removes the pipe union plugs and welds them shut. Then refit minus pipes. There is no blocking plates available.
