No sweat, take the nut cover and nut off the arm and remove arm. Under that there is a rubber cover and a large nut and a couple washers. One of the "washers" is wider on one part than the other. Make not of how that one comes off. Open the tail gate, take the "vent" panel off the yop of the tailgate. I think it is 6 screws, but may only be four. Remove the two bolts holding the motor in, just like a sunroof motor. I think there is a mounting plate, but don't remember so there may be three or four more bolts at this point. Unplug and remove the motor. Remover slowly and carfully as there is a gasket around the shaft that seals the glass from leaking. Toss that in a glass of Armourall or the such to revive it a bit while you are cleaning things up and getting ready for the new motor.
