Hi All,
I have a 1997 4.6 HSE.
I note that the right hand side (double seat) of my Range Rover will not fold forward.
The seat backs fold correctly and I can observe the latching mechanism operate on the left hand (single seat) allowing it to tumble forward. The right hand seat remains stubbornly locked in position.
I assume that some part of the mechanism operating when the seat back folds down has become disconnected.
I can see no way of unlatching it to gain access to see what's going on.
Any advise is greatly appreciated
regards
Al

Happens to me in the past!

I used "anti-rust" spray, and with the help of a spanner....

You can use WD40, but remember to use something to lubricate after.

I had this problem for a little while. It ended up just needing to be pushed harder.
