Whenever I try to roll up or down the rear passenger window with the driver door switch, it won’t roll down or up. And when I use the switch on the rear passenger door, it rolls up and down slower than the other windows. I checked the fuses and that wasn’t it anyone have an idea?

If the window rolls up/down the fuse is good. Sounds like you may have 2 issues, the driver switch and/or the rear window is jamming up causing it to roll up slowly. Show your rear and trim level in your signature to help us help you.
