Front vents seem to be working fine, but the rear with heat on is hot when I am standing still soon as I start driving I feel the air in the rear coming out cold. ( especially with the rear blower in the off position.)
(34 degrees out when tested)

Also while we are on climate control, my blower motor all of a sudden slows down for about 30-45 seconds and then works normal. Very intermittent. My plan is to change the Blower motor resister (I know this also could cause battery loss also) I figured this could be early stage of blower resister failure.
Thanks

Sounds exactly right ! When my FSR went I had same issues. There is also a blower resistor for the rear directly under the rear vent console. If it's only the rear you may want to start there and make sure you check the rear dial first which you probably already did.
