Seems like you should be asking your insurance company or the local body shop where you want to have it painted and installed. local body shop should be less expensive than the dealer. I doubt if anyone here has paid for a bumper cover this new out of pocket.

eBay. About 2-700 depending on condition of bumper or just a really good body shop for 3-800 can do wonders to fix a bumper!
