Range Rover Sport - Replacing Exhausts (What fits?)

Hi all

Im looking to replace the exhaust on my 2010 5.0 Sport.

It has an aftermarket system towards the back. The front sections look ok, but it just misses the diff (by approx 4mm) and the welds look nasty to me.

The bigger problem is that one of the end tips is shot.
(Yes, I could just re-weld but its too much of a good opportunity to release some more of the V8 noise to pass up!)

So my questions are:

- Are the exhaust parts interchangeable between models?
- Do any of the later model Sport 5.0 SC exhausts fit? (since I've found a nice aftermarket one for a reasonable price).

Any advice appreciated.
