New Friends,
The vehicle is a 07/03 production Range Rover Vin #salme11494a146531. The problem is that the radio has poor or no reception. An aftermarket DVD player and amplifier were installed previously. I suspect that in order to input a signal from the DVD player to the vehicle, the coax for the antenna(s) was interupted at some point in the antenna circuit. I have tried to remove the radio head unit in the dash to locate the coax cable interuption. I admit I have opened the instument panel rather blindly. Here are the Questions:
1. How do I remove the radio?
2. Is the radio antenna amplified and where might I find the antenna components?
3. Are the difficulties we all find in life caused by our nature or our nurture?
Gratefully,
Don

The owner of this vehicle decided not to pay to repair the problem. Thanks to all who viewed the post. If anyone is curious I updated my profile. There is a message in the text there. Moderator feel free to remove all vestiges of this post and poster if you so desire. I have no need of this forum.
Peace,
Don
