First get some MAF cleaner and clean the MAFs

Random misfire. Infrequent.
I very occasionally have a misfire in some of the cylinders and usually always within the first 1000 revolutions (see gap tool screenshot). Last time this happened was maybe a year ago with it repeating very infrequently. The truck will fire, run rough then usually right itself.
What usually causes this ? is it time to replace coils etc?
My l322 only had 170k and is a 2008.
