Hello, I have an issue with my stock radio equipment. I have a signal issue. It seems as though the radio is not getting a strong enough signal. Although it doesnt sound like constant static/cracking, when a song hits certain frequencies the radio produces static. It does not change by location or station. Also if listening to cd all is fine. Also I have tried an fm transmitter, I tune to the station and there is no static, however once I play a song the cracking/static starts.

It is a 2006 Range Rover HSE.

@MrMerlin Thanks for the reply, but fortunately everything is nice and clear when listening to the cd changer.
