Hi All,

Last question from me today.

Again just recently, the radio started suffering from interference. 'Old school' I'd question that a suppressor on the back of the alternator had failed or dropped off but I can't see anything there.

Do I just need to get a new radio?

Again any clues gratefully received.

Cheers

Austin

Why jump to the worse scenario? Do the basics, clean your aerial connections front and rear, clean your grounds behind/under the radio.

While you are at it, download the electrical troubleshooting stickie from the section at the top of this forum, print a copy and follow it through.
You may be surprised what you find, since many of the symptoms you are suffering are mentioned there as well.......
