As stated above...looks like I could save about $100 bucks by going with generic sensors that are the same frequency, which I assume would be ok, just want check and see if any one can confirm or deny this will work.

Nope, 433mhz only work on recent (late MY2013s and new RRS) model years, you need 315mhz sensors for a 2009. In theory, most sensors (of matching frequency) should be compatible, but many are not, and if they are not... It is a major PITA - and a waste of money - to find out after they are mounted on the wheels. I'd buy from a reputable source that guarantees compatibility with your specific model and model year, outfits such as TPMSdirect.com or bputah.com sell OEM or 100% OEM compatible sensors for less than the dealer and those will work, guaranteed. Last time I checked, bputah sold VDO sensors - basically Land Rover sensors without the Land Rover name stamped on the body - for about $60/ea.
