Question to SD expedition roof rack owners? accessories

Hi,

Since i have my P38 equipped with a L322 SD roof rack and since i won't swap it off for a set of roof bars with ski and snowboard lockers, i wonder if there's any solution to carry ski with this SD roof rack.

Solutions for other stuff like spare tire, roof tent, jerrys ... are welcome too.

Found my requirements with Yakima's.
I wanted those skis and snowboards to lay flat on the roof rack.
