trying to order a 19 range rover se with a standard leather steering wheel. On the site it says the heated steering wheel is a $0 cost option. When the dealership made the build, they are charging 255 for the option. Their code for the option is 032dv. Who is correct? Range rover site or the dealership...and how do i resolve this.
