That would be a question for the dealer. If it is available, look into what it covers before you buy it as my experience is it's limited to only "scheduled maintenance" items such as oil changes. If that's the case determine what benefit there is to paying in advance.
The dealer offered it to me when we purchased the Velar for my wife. I turned it down as I knew that I'd be changing the oil more often than recommended OCI and it really didn't work out to that much savings given our anticipated driving pattern (my wife works from home and doesn't put that many miles on the car).
