I have this movement (shown in video below) on my steering column.

I wonder if it has to do with missing shear pins on the steering column?

Any ideas from the community here how to fix as this doesn’t seem normal? Any ideas welcome!

Doesn't seem normal at all. From looking at the parts catalog & WSM, it looks like you're missing fixing plate for the column to the floor board.
I'll take a look at mine when the rain lets up.

Thanks. Consensus on another board seems to be that I’m missing a bearing that centers the steering rod. Will dig deeper into parts diagram (attached).
