No, it’s this one. See, I fit another piece of hose over it, for temporary fix, but I need to replace the hose.

Ah. Could it be the PVC breather hose?

That's exactly what it is. #12 on the diagram is the one for the other side going from the air intake pipe to the back of the intake manifold. They're not to difficult to replace but you could probably get away with just wrapping any leak with gorilla tape. The o-rings on the fittings are easily replaceable as well.
