hello im new to this site and i need feedback on this issue...Range rover 98 4.6
i have no pressure in the brakes i check my ABS PUMP I hear no noise coming from it AT ALL!!!!
The abs and parking light stays on at all times evEn when i drive it ....to stop the car i have to keep pumping pedal to come to a full stop

as far as the abs pump i dont know if its the (ACCUMULATOR) OR (PRESSURE SWICH)

AND IF IT WAS THE ACCUMULATOR WOULD I HEAR THE PUMP MAKE ANY NOISE WHEN CAR STARTS

It's the pump. Check relay. Feed the pump directly from bat. Works? Pressure switch. Doesn' works? It' the pump and the pressure switch may be ok..

Yeah sounds like the pump. Mine de-pressureizes when parked overnight (the accumulator), so it takes a few seconds to pressurize back up in the morning, but otherwise works fine.
