A vacuum leak in the system will throw all other sensors out because it assumes it is a sealed system....
Replace both hoses - there is a third running from the bottom of the cyclone back into the sump, just check that to make sure it's OK, if you need to replace that it's easier to buy a new cyclone at the same time.
You may even see an MPG increase after fixing them and a smoother idle.
