Have a 2002 RR P38. Check engine light on with code P0452 on OBD II reader. Is it the fuel tank pressure sensor or something else? Really don't wanna drop tank unless necessary. Thanks.

Could be something as simple as a gas cap. I've seen other people fix it by pulling the hoses off the purge valve and spraying it clean with carb cleaner. The valve can get dirty or sticky. It's on the drivers side of the engine just above the valve cover. Are you able to watch live data at all? Are you able to see if the tank is reading anything at all for pressure? A smoke test really helps with these kinds of things.

Just an update on the P0452 code. Apparently a family of mice made a home on top of my fuel tank. They ate thru the wires going to the fuel pressure sensor. Will keep you posted.
