Whenever I turn the car it automatically shows that the car is overheating even from a cold start. I have replaced the upper radiator hose that failed, the thermostat with sensor and housing, plus the coolant temperature sensor. Even with all those new parts the car still shows that it's overheating even when it hasn't been running for much time. When I scanned the car, it gave me a P0117 and that is for the coolant temperature sensor that I replaced. What do you guys think might be the problem?

You can't argue with a fault code that is that specific whether you think your part is brand new or not. Parts can be DOA so replace it again.
