Hi all,

There are two fans: an outer one ( before the radiator and one behind the radiator ( between radiator and engine block).
When I start the engine only the inner one ( which is larger ) starts turning.

-Is that normal ?
-How can I check whether the smaller, outer fan ins functioning ?

I have a lynx evo diagnostic tool.

Interior fan is for radiator air flow. Outer one is to assist the A/C condensor under heavy operation. It should rarely turn on if your A/C is properly filled and operating in spec.
